Croatia vs Spain

For the round of 16 of Euro 2020, Croatia will face Spain. The match will take place in Copenhagen Parken, in the presence of about 25,000 spectators.

Croatia with their victory in the 3rd and last match in the group against Scotland with 3-1 celebrated the qualification to the next phase of the tournament. Initially in the premiere they were defeated by England, while in the second match they drew 1-1 against the Czech Republic. So in the final of the group they only wanted a victory to continue in the knockout matches and finally they succeeded. Having now achieved their original goal, they continue for the best possible outcome!

Spain's 5-0 victory in the last match against Slovakia, in addition to qualifying, calmed the team for the next stage of the tournament. They had two draws with Sweden and Poland with mediocre appearances that caused whining, so this victory for Spain came at the right time. Their goal now is to go as far as possible in the tournament, starting with today's match against Croatia.

Spain did not perform wel in the group stage, despite the impressive final, showing many weaknesses. Croatia also did not impress, but remain a quality team. I expect an ambiguous match between two teams that have quality offensively and can score easily. My choice is both teams to score (BTTS) at odds of 2.10.
