Gent vs Club Brugge Match Preview

Gent host Club Brugge for the 6th game of the Belgian Pro League.

Gent are making a mediocre start to the championship as after the first 4 matches they have a record of 1 win, 1 draw and 2 defeats. They did not play last weekend to be better prepared for the UEFA Conference League play-offs against Polish Rakoff.

The break, however, helped them prevail over Rakoff with 3-0, reversing their 1-0 defeat in Poland, and celebrated their qualification to the group stage of the competition.

Brugge are starting to gain momentum, last week thery prevailed much easier than the final 3-2 against Beershot show. Gent have not started the championship well, with a lot of ups and downs in their performance. Brugge, on the other hand, show a continously improving performance as the matches go by. I believe that the champion will find a way to win and it is worth trusting them. My choice here is the victory of Club Brugge at odds of 2.35.
