PAOK vs OFI Crete

For the 18th round of the Greek Super League, PAOK welcomes OFI at the Toumpa stadium.

In their midweek postponed game of the 16th round, PAOK prevailed 2-0 in Toumpa over Panetolikos. It was a pretty deserved victory for the team of Thessaloniki despite they did not perform great but they were clearly the better side scoring one goal in each half and easily got all three points.

OFI took full advantage of the advantage they gained early in the match in Rizoupoli against Apollon as the host had an sent-off and easily prevailed with 3-0. It was the 19th minuted of the match when the referee showed the a card to the hosts and in the next few minutes the team of Crete scored twice taking a huge advantage. PAOK comes from consecutive victories and hopes for one more in order to maintain their few hopes for the title. OFI, on the other hand, comes from an easy away victory and showed that they are in good condition. PAOK is the favorite side here but I believe that the odds do not tell the truth about the difficulties of the match as on the one hand they concede goals easily at the same time OFI away from home is a very competitive sid3 and rarely stay without scoring.
