Sydney and Jets have totally different goals

The 2-1 win for Sydney vs Adelaide United in the previous game, proved that they worthed to be the favourites. So they still try to get on top. Now they sit on third place with 26 points, having 6 less from Perth Glory who are playing in Melbourne City's home. They score and concede goals easily and they registered 9 concecutive over 2.5 goals. Trent Buhagiar, Chris Zuvela and Jop van der Linden are injured while Rhyan Grant won't perform too as he is playing in National team of Australia. Joshua Brillante will serve his suspension due to cards while Anthony Cáceres is expected to be in first eleven.

This is the third away match in a row for Newcastle Jets. In the last two games they suffered a 2-1 loss both from Melbourne City and Melbourne Victory. The distance from top 6 is increasing. Now they are in 7th place with 12 points, having 10 less points from 6th placed Adelaide counting one game less in their bag. Ben Kantarovski is injured in constrast to Roland Vargas who served his suspension and Joe Champness who is 100% fit.

Sydney will search for a win against Newcastle Jets so as to keep fighting for the top. Jets aren't trustworthy. Home win at 1.95 will be my call.
