Tottenham vs Aston Villa Match Preview

For the 7th game of the Premier League, Tottenham welcome Aston Villa at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

On Thursday, for the 2nd match day of the Conference League groups, they crushed Moura from Slovenia with 5-1. On the positive side was the return of Harry Kane, the English striker entered the field as a change in second half scoring a hat trick in twenty minutes.

Aston Villa recorded a big victory in the previous match, 1-0 at Old Trafford against Manchester United in a match with a thriller final. They were very well positioned defensively and kept the hosts away from home and hit at the right moment as they scored at 88' while United missed a penalty just before the end of injury time!

This was Aston Villa's 3rd victory in the league and the end of the match found them in 8th place in the standings with 10 points.

Tottenham come from continuous bad results in the championship and will look for a victory tonight that will restore calm. Midweek won easily with a good appearance and maybe this will help them psychologically but also Aston Villa for its part come from a great victory and is on a rise.
