A draw won't be a surprise for Benfica

Two qualification rounds were enough for Benfica to get here. They may were hesitant against Fenerbahce, but in the games against PAOK they revealed all their talent and did a great performance. At both games in home they kept their tempo high and pressed a lot their opponent so much that they haven't the space to create. Against both their opponents they had ball possession of about 60% and made 15 final attempts overall, some of them drove the opponents' goalkeepers to exaggerate themselves to save their team. They have 3 wins and 1 draw in the Portuguese League.

The powerhouse of Munich, Bayern, had a great start too. They registered 3 concecutive wins in Bundesliga and they are the favorites for the title for another season, making German league to seem not so competitive. The upcoming game is of high requirements and their opponent have already played 2-3 games like this. This may have no importance at all, Germans are always Germans, however an opening game is always a new start and the possibility of failure exists.

The two teams had met for the last 16 of 2016 competition and Bayern qualified not so easy, 3-2 on agrgegate. Definitely Benfica are underpriced tonight. My choice will be the 2.67 of  double chance 1X with a 4 points stake.
