AEK have the greater motive

After the huge loss (4-1) vs Olympiakos, things went worse for AEK. They were defeated once again in Aris' home (2-0) after another mediocre performance. AEK weren't actually a threat even when the score was 1-0 and they were supposed to react. They didn't press their opponent enough and therefore they couldn't create any chances. It seemed like they gave up early. They had pretty much the same performance as they played in the game vs Olympiakos in their second half. I believe that they will find a way to strike back in the rest of the season, especially with coach Jimenez' return that seems to boost the team's morale. 

On the other hand, Panathinaikos players seem quite tired. They have many deficiencies, not only because their players are young but also of their small roster. Their tiredness is more than obvious lately and totally acceptable. They suffered a loss to PAOK, actually their opponent are the best team in the Greek League. However, they weren't a threat at all, even when PAOK were performing with a man less in the pitch. This outcome followed the previous losses vs Panionios and Giannina, it is more than clear that Panathinaikos are a totally different team compared to the one that we all have seen at the start of the League.

The h2h games of the two teams show that AEK are the favourites when playing in their home, even the past few years when Panathinaikos had more experienced players. Furthermore, it seems that AEK's motive is stronger since Aris are close enough and Atromitos already shares with them the 3rd place of the table. Home win at 1.67 with an 8 points stake is my call.
