Alajuelense vs Saprissa Match Preview

The first leg of the Costa Rica championship final between Alahuelense and Saprissa will be played in Estadio Alejandro Morera Soto. The rematch will follow at Saprissa's home, next Sunday. 

Alahuelense managed a 2-0 home win over Erediano in the first semi-final and made things easier for them in the rematch, where they managed to keep their advantage by using a defensive approach. Playing a bore draw, they found themselves on tonight's final. Their home advantage is a significant boost for them, where they usually have the upper hand. Alahuelense is expected to line up with no significant missings tonight.

On the other hand, Deportivo Saprissa reached the final by winning over Atletico Cartagena. The impressive 0-4 away win did not leave much hope for their opponents. In the second leg, they had a mediocre performance as the coach made a heavy rotation in his line-up, and as a result, they were defeated by 2-3. However, they managed easily to qualify for the final, and now they have to give their best in this difficult task at Alahuelenses' home.

Both sides are based mostly on their home. I expect tonight a careful approach from both sides. I will select the draw outcome, offered at decent 3.25.
