In my opinion it was absolutely fair for France to play in the World Cup 2018 final game in Russia. In fact none of their opponents were quite difficult so far, neither Belgium in the semi final game despite the fact that they were their most qualitative opponent. They had control of the game after the goal they had scored which gave them the lead in the beginning of the second half and didn't allow Belgium to have more than one or two chances. To tell the truth, after 1-0 I expected an open game and more goals, but French preferred not to take any risk. B.Matuidi and O.Giroud will play in the big final of 'Luzhniki', since their injuries proved to be superficial.

What Croatia did in this tournament is out of all expectations. In semi final game, they won England and got their third qualification in a row after the 90' of the regular time. In fact they got the three qualifications after an equal number of extra time in this tournament and that's actually like they have played one extra game (+90'). The buoyancy and strength of Z.Dalic's team is remarkable. Mandzukic was litteraly suffering during the extra time in the semi final game, but even in this condition he scored the winning goal at 109'. Vrsaljiko, who was uncertain for being ready to play in this semi final, eventually played for 120'.

Croatia made a remarkable run in this tournament, even if they weren't the best team, they can dream of winning the trophy since they got to finals. Portugal was considered to be the underdog team in EURO 2016 final game but they won France and took the trophy. However we can't expect for miracles in every tournament. France, except from Brazil who had the best performance in this tournament in my opinion, were superior than all the other teams and it's quite fair for them to be the favorite in this final game. I will support the favorite, win for 'tricolore' with odds that double our stake
