An easy domination from the favorites

Mexico perform in the Gold Cup with a different rotation from the World Cup 2018. However, they are still on high levels and it's fair enough to call them favorites. They've already won this trophy 10 times, more times than any other team and their performances are consistently great in most of the tournaments they've participated in the past years. Argentine coach Tata Martino made an impact on these results since with him, the team registered only wins against strong opponents even in friendly games. They send a strong message to everyone in the opening game of the Gold Cup by scoring 7 goals to Cuba. 

After many years in the dark, Canada's team got back on track. In the opening game of the League, they registered a huge 4-0 win over weak Martinique. The final score does not match with the game because in many cases, their defensive line was ineffective and experienced goalkeeper Milan Borjan had to save the day by keeping his goal untouched.  

Mexico's team has quality and experience from big tournaments in which they are usually one of the favorites. Canada's team are making progress but they can't reach Mexico's level. I expect Tata Martino's team to get an easy win.
