Another win for AEK

AEK continue their journey this year with a changed squad and a quite more offensive play. Last year's Greek Champions didn't disappoint anyone and they proved that they deserved the first place. In the third qualification round they eliminated Celtic with a draw (1-1), in a game where they didn't have a better performance but they handled it right. In the second leg they won 2-1 and they qualified. In the first play-offs game against Videoton they scored twice, but their looseness in the last 20' gave Hungarians the chance to score (1-2 final score). In their opening game for the Greek league they won comfortably 2-0 PAS Giannena.

Videoton are a strong team, they got here by winning Hungarian Championship last year. They eliminated Dudelange (Luxembourg Champions), Ludogorets (Bulgaria Champions) and Malmo (Switzerland Champions). Except from the fact that they eliminated three Champions, they have two more things in common. They played all their first games away and they managed draw them, winning the qualification in their home games. However in this clash vs AEK they have to try harder, they need to win an away game in order to qualify.

AEK proved to be far superior than their opponent in the first leg and if they hadn't relaxed in the last 20' they wouldn't have conceded a goal. I think they will have another win in home, in front of their fans. AEK's win would be my call, at 1.60 with a 6 points stake.
