Another win in their home

Dieter Hecking's team were already on the third place of the table before the winter break and their goal is to get a ticket for next season's Champions League qualifiers. Their first game in 2019 was successful as well, since they registered an away win vs Bayer Leverkusen. Although they weren't superior than their opponent, they were lucky enough to get the three-pointer. Moreover they are the only team in Bundesliga who have registered only home wins this season having 23-3 goals overall goal difference. A great record for a home team.

On the other hand, Augsburg were defeated both at the end of 2018 and at the start of 2019. Their latest loss vs Fortuna Dusseldorf was a harrowing experience. Both have the same goal, to avoid the relegation zone, so after this defeat, things are worse for Augsburg. Based on their performance till now, they couldn't deserve anything more than to be just a point away from relegation zone.

It is surely a hard task for Borussia Monchengladbach to keep their impeccable home record until the end of the season, however this mediocre Augsburg can't be an obstacle for them. In my opinion, home win is a pretty 'safe' bet.
