Argentina vs Peru Match Preview

In this match of COMNEBOL Qualifers for the World Cup 2022 Argentina will play at home ground against Peru. The home side is currently in second place with 22 points from ten rounds played. Peru is is 7th place with 11 points. In this match I will go with an easy win for Argentina.

Home team has closed the gap to Brazil to only six points after their win against Bolivia and Brazil's draw against Colombia. They are without a loss for 24 matches in a row. Last time they lost at home was in 2019. Against Peru they won nine out of last ten matches played at home. Messi is back in form and he will lead them once again in this match. 

Peru lost last four matches away from home. They will also miss a couple of important players in this match. So they will be without Guerrero, Flores and Reyna. Even with them in the team it would be hard to resist the strong home team.

There is no doubt in my mind that Argentina will win this match. They are in really good form and their leader on the pitch Messi is looking as the best version of himself.
