Aris prevailed over Panionios last Sunday, almost securing their ticket for the championship playoffs and now they are focusing on the Greek Cup. Without any pressure on their shoulders, and facing a weaker opponent like Atromitos, and Aris has the opportunity to reach the semifinals and claim their ticket to the final.

Aris made a great streak since the beginning of 2020, actually the have registered 5 consecutive home wins, while their last home defeat was to the league leaders, Olympiacos. The home side is currently in a great form and the motivation is big, they will try to take a clear advantage in this first leg of the quarter-finals.

Atromitos facing a big problem in scoring, in fact, they are scoreless in the last 5 matches, coming from 3 consecutive defeats. In the Greek Super League they are only 2 points away from the playoff zone, but their performance in the last 4 matches has been really bad.
