Aston Villa vs Everton Match Preview

Aston Villa would be playing Everton in this Premier League game, Round 2. This is the Saturday early kick-off game. 

Aston Villa lost their opening game against Bournemouth by two goals to nil. They need to bounce back and Gerrard is under pressure now because his side has won just two of the last 12 Premier League games. 

Aston Villa have won once, drawn once, and lost once out of their last three outings (friendly games included). They will be without Mings here as there are some problems between him and the manager Steven Gerrard. 

Everton started their season as well with a loss but it was a very tough fixture for them as they lacked a striker because Calvert Lewin was injured and Rondon was suspended. Rondon would be back here so it would be some relief for the manager Frank Lampard. 

Lampard signed Tarkowski, Onana, and Coady this season. Tarkowski made his debut against Chelsea while Coady is expected to make his debut in this game.  

This game is expected to be very entertaining as the Premier League fans expect to see the first-ever managerial encounter between Gerrard and Lampard. Both these competed a lot against each other when they used to play. My prediction here is Lampard's men not to lose and I'll pick Everton to cover +0.5 asian handicap.
