At high temperatures

Hapoel Beer Sheva were dominant both in the first leg against Laci in Albania (1-0) and in the second leg that took place in Israel. So they deservedly qualified to the 2nd qualification round of Europa League 2019-20. The only disadvantage is that these two games were the only official ones they've played this season since the Israeli Premier League hasn't started yet. However, each game will improve their fitness, so I expect them to be improved against Kairat. 

On the other hand, Kairat are more prepared this period, as Kazakhstan Premier League it's actually in the 19th round. Last year they made a great achievement in the Europa League qualifiers by kicking off Alkmaar, however, they didn't perform in Europa League groups as they suffered two losses to Sigma Olomouc in the play-offs. This year they registered two wins over Siroki in the 1st round.  However things are even more difficult against Hapoel, especially considering the high temperatures of Israel.

Hapoel Beer Sheva are superior in quality and experience compared to Kairat. They have the upper hand playing at home against the team from Kazakhstan and they will search for a qualification step via a home win. Hapoel Beer Sheva to win is my call.
