A hurricane called Manchester City swept everything on its passage in the late months having won 13 out of 14 of their most recent games. What frightens most though their opponents is the way they do it. Playing a total football they score 3,71 goals in each one of these games, having 17 attempts to score and 8 gained corners on average. Numbers show that Citizens are running at full engine at the moment. One of their victims was nonetheless Chelsea humiliating them by 6-0 in the recent Premier League game! What might have changed from that day and what different could we watch on the Sunday final is still to be seen.

On the other side, Chelsea are in the midst of a mini-performance crisis with the latest results being quite disappointing to their fans. Four losses in their 5 games away of Stamford Bridge, among them the 4-0 from Bournemouth and the even worst the 6-0 from City. In between, they were eliminated for FA Cup at home from Manchester United.

Definitely, the latest 6-0 does not truly represent each team's dynamic. However, it clearly depicts though their current form. City will win, easily I believe. My call is Citizens to win with a handicap (-1).
