Afterwards, Atlanta put a lot of pressure but they didn't score any goal despite the chances they had created. They are still on top of the table with 41 points and at +1 from New York but counting a game more. At home they have 6 wins, 3 draws and 2 defeats with 28-13 goals overall. Now they can't think of anything less from win and the three pointer against the weakest team of Washington.

Washington's win 3-1 against Vancouver the previous round had a huge value on table. Washington's team scored 1-0 at 27', while they doubled their goals at 69' and got the win. They made the 3-0 at 80', while Vancouver settled to 3-1 at injury time. This win put Washington in 22nd place with 14 points overtaking San Jose.
