Bayer Leverkusen vs Atl. Madrid Match Preview

Bayern Leverkusen hosts Atletico Madrid in Germany in the second round of the UEFA Champions League group stage. 

Bayer Leverkusen started this season really badly. They lost to Club Brugge in Belgium which is bad result for them and also they are playing the same badly in Bundesliga. They have only one win and four losses. They have a lot of injuries, for example Wirtz, but this could not be an excuse.

Atletico Madrid, on the other hand, is once again one of teams in Champions League that are very tough to beat. They won against Porto and they will look reasy to qualify as number one from this group. In La Liga they are also playing well. Not spectacular, but they won some tough games and I believe they will improve more with players like Griezmann, Joao Felix, Morata, Saul, Koke etc.

Bayer is going to have a tough task to win against Atletico Madrid. Simeone's team is experienced and they are tough to beat in Champions League. Bayer is allowing too much goals and that could be a problem for them in this match because Atletico's attack is looking dangerous lately.
