Benfica are unstoppable

Benfica made a great start in their journey for the new season, showing early their strength. First, they registered a huge 5-0 win over Sporting CP in the Portuguese Super Cup final, then they crushed Pacos de Ferreira (5-0) and in their last official game, they registered an 0-2 win over Belenense on the road, a team that had caused them troubles in the past. A realy great start for Bruno Lage's team so far. It's worth mentioning that they scored 12 goals in their first three official games without conceding. What is more important is the fact that they are coming from 20 wins and a draw in their last 21 games for the Portuguese League

Porto faced many problems in the beginning of the new season. They suffered a loss 1-2 to Gil Vicente in their opening game for the Portuguese League, followed by the home loss 2-3 to Krasnodar that eliminated the 'Dragons' from the Champions League playoffs. This elimination was a huge financial damage for Porto and the consequences of it is almost a disaster. In their last game, they registered a 4-0 win over Setubal, but this couldn't change much things.

These two teams have made a completely different start in the beginning of the season. The 'Eagles' are on a great run and they have definitely the upper hand against the slow starters Porto. Home win is my call.
