Bet on goals

France got very lucky at their opening game against Australia. Their young stars performed quite lower than expected, while I have my objections on Deschamps' choices for 'tricolores' starting eleven. Tolisso was prefered from Matuidi, while wingers Mendy and Sidibe stayed on the bench without a reason, the same time that Pavard and L.Hernandez were prefered. Kante was the only one who excelled, a player that every coach would like to have in his team.

Peru had a very good and aggresive performance against Denmark, but didn't manage to score. They may gained more supporters throughout the world, but I am pretty sure that a win would make Peruvians happier than the spread of their team's reputation. Team's manager R.Gareca is responsible too for this result and personally I can't explain P.Guerrero's stay on the bench until the 60th minute. Flamengo's experienced straiker caused panic in Danish defense in the last half hour that he played as a substitution.

France certainly prefer games like the one vs Peru, where they will find more spaces than against Australia. The odds on the favorites aren't enough for this writer and I'll opt for one bet on goals. I think that Peru will finaly find in this game the goal that they deserved in the opening game against Denmark, goal (goals) are also expected from the French team.
