In general, they have been slightly more solid but in defense they are not much better than their rivals, because they have failed to keep a clean sheet in eight out of nine matches played so far.

In conclusion, I think this game can have over 2.5 goals. Bochum likes attacking football and playing at home should motivate them enough to score and win. Karlsruher are also a decent team in their attacking tasks, but they have defensive worries just like Bochum.
