Both Olympiakos and Milan will score

Betis were undeniably superior, however Olympiakos could have scored a goal in dying minutes and leave with the draw point from Andalusia. Unfortunately that didn't happen, so now the 1-0 defeat make them seek for a win with two goals difference against Milan (2-0 or 3-1) to qualify. Attacker Hassan is still out, while a few days earlier, Yaya Toure, whose best performance with Olympiakos was in Giuseppe Meazza vs Milan, resigned. 

Although Milan were losing 1-2 till the second half, they made the overturn and got a huge win 5-2 against Dudelange, the weakest team of the group. Now with 3 extra points from Olympiakos, who they won 3-1 in the first leg, they will play with no stress since they even afford to lose with one goal difference. Musacchio, Romagnoli, Biglia and Bonaventura won't perform tonight due to their injuries.

Olympiakos will play aggressively from the very first minutes for sure, as they need at least two goals to fight for a position at the last 32 of the tournament. However, their defense is unreliable and I think they will concede a goal. Either way, goals are expected in this match. BTTS is my call.
