Brazilians are the favorites

In the semifinal game against Argentina, Brazil proved once again why they are the favorites with a 2-0 win that qualified them to the big final. They were more efficient and took advantage of any chances to score in each half, while 'albiceleste' hit the post twice. After 12 years, the time is now for Brazil to lift the title as the top team of South America in front of their fans. It's worth mentioning that every time they were the host they always won the title (4 times in total).

Peru surprised everyone with their 3-0 win over Chile in the semifinal game and this is their first final appearance for 44 years! The winners scored two goals in the first half. In the second half, they carried on and formed the final score. It's more than fair to consider them as the surprise of the League and now they are searching for a chance to make the overturn against the favorite team. They have nothing to lose but they can do their best to lift their first title since 1975!

Brazil are the favorite team in 2019 Copa America final. They were the top from the beginning of the tournament so it's almost impossible to lose the title. On the other hand, Peru beat champions Chile in the semifinal and surprised the host with their appearance. I expect a game on a good pace and final attempts. Both teams have quality offensive lines and I expect them to score. Over 2.5 goals is my call.
