BTTS is a value bet

Dundalk registered 9 consecutive wins and a draw in their last league 10 games. They reached to the top of the Irish Premier Division, along with Shamrock Rovers. In Oriel Park they have an almost impeccable 8-2-0 record and a 19-6 goals difference. In their most recent ones they won 1-0 over St. Patrick's and 3-1 over UCD for the League Cup. Midfielders J.Murray and J.Mountney, as well as attacker G. Kelly, are doubtful tonight, while defender C. Dummigan and midfielder J. McGrath are definitely missing.

Sligo Rovers are doing great too. They have registered 7 consecutive games without a loss, reaching the first half of the table. In their mostrecent one, they registered a huge away win over 3rd-placed Bohemians and now they are 6 points away from them. Defender D.Leverock won't be available tonight, while defenders R.Donelon, J.Dunleavy are doubtful.

These two teams have a successful journey and will meet tonight in Oriel Park in a very interesting clash. Title contenders Dundalk have the quality for sure, but I can't ignore Sligo Rovers' positive consecutive results. They 'killed' Bohemians with their counterattacks in the previous round. The 1.22 odds that are offered on home team aren't for this writer, I believe that BTTS is a bet with a decent value.
