Bulgaria are the favorites

Bulgaria are on first place in the 3rd group of the 3rd category, after their two wins in an equal number of games at UEFA. In the opening game they registered an away win 1-2 against Slovenia and then they got the three pointer in home against Norway (1-0). Now they are on top of the table with 6 points and at +3 from Cyprus and Norway. The last in the group are Slovenians with two defeats on their back. Bulgarians pay all their attention at the upcoming game against Cyprus in Sofia, if they win they will become the favorite to occupy the first place of the group.

Cyprus got their first three pointer and now their future in Nations League looks brighter. After their 2-0 defeat from Norway in Oslo at the opening game, they won Slovenia in home (2-1). Firstly they conceded a goal at 54' but after many counterattacks they overturned the result and got the three pointer. Now things got serious for the Cypriots who are traveling to Bulgaria for a crucial game in their journey. Their hopes to gain the first place of the group are based on the upcoming result. They may be the underdog team in this match, however they are determined to do their best for a positive result.

This is an important game for both teams as it will determine the group's balances. Home team are the favorite based on their stability and quality in constrast to their opponent. I think that Bulgaria can win in one way or another and prove who deserves the 1st place. I will bet on home win at 1.55.
