Celtic vs Real Madrid Match Preview

Celtic, thanks to last year's conquest of the Scottish Premiership, returns to the Champions League groups for the first time since the 2017-2018 season. In this group, against Real, Leipzig and Shakhtar, their goal is to qualify, after a decade, in the knockout phase of the competition.
At the same time, this year's championship has started impressively, on Saturday at noon, they crushed the eternal rival of Rangers with 4-0 and got their 6th victory in equal number of matches. Thus, they are first in the standings with 18 points, leaving Rangers 5 points behind.

Real were impressive in last year's Champions League, knocking out Paris, Chelsea and City and winning the grand final vs Liverpool won the trophy for the 14th time in their history while also winning the Spanish championship. So you can rightfully call them the queen of Europe and could have no other goal than to win this year's event as well, having the luxury of starting from an easy – for their quality – group.
Last Saturday, they prevailed in Betis Madrid with 2-1 and got their 4th victory in as many matches that bring them alone first in the standings with 12 points.

Celtic have made an impressive start to this season but tonight the difficulty index goes up a lot as they face the European champions. Real is of course the favorite of the match based on its vast experience and quality. I expect a match with many chances and a fast pace, while the score will hardly stay low.
