Haugesund vs Stabaek Match Preview

In the previous round, Haugesund got the positive result they were seeking against Sarpsborg on the road. After a really close match, they played very defensively and managed to get a draw.

With 12 points in total after 11 rounds played, they are currently placed 10th,  being 4 points clear from the relegation zone.

Key Bruno Leite (midfielder) and B. Kallman (striker) will most probably lose tonight's game as they do not have fully recovered yet from their injuries.

Great result for Stabaek in the previous round against the champions Bodo Glimt, ending their streak of 10 consecutive victories. Although they were back in the score with a two-goal difference, they managed to equalize, expanding their undefeated streak to 5 games, which brought them at the 6th position of the Norwegian Eliteserien with 17 points.

Suspended defender Hanshe-Olsen, as well as the injured midfielder L. Kassi ate not available tonight for Stabaek. 

Haugesund continues to underperform, with only one win in the last 6 matches they've played. With 7 goals scored so far, they have the worst offensive line among the 16 teams in the Norwegian league. Today they face a team which scores with ease and so far has been defeated only twice, by the traditional Norwegian powerhouses, Molde and Rosenborg.

I think it is quite possible for Stabaek to win here, but I will also cover my bet with the draw. The away win DNB is my final call.
