Chelsea vs Wolves Match Preview

Chelsea will be hosting Wolves in this Premier League game at Stamford Bridge. Just a few Premier League games remaining in this season.

Chelsea are in third position and now their position looks fixed as they do not have a chance to overtake Liverpool nor they can be overtaken by Arsenal/Tottenham, unless they lose all their remaining games which is highly unlikely. Chelsea have won three out of the last five home games in the Premier League. 

Chelsea will be without Hudson Odoi and Chilwell, actually, they have been out for a long time. Christensen and Barkley have recovered from their illnesses but I do not think they would be given a chance. Kante is back for Chelsea and is expected to would start here.

Wolves are in the top half of the table, in eighth position, and do have a chance of making it to the European competitions but it is not easy. Their form also is so bad as they have lost all their last three Premier League games. 

Wolves have been struggling away from home as they have lost four out of the last five league games played away from home. 

Wolves have disturbed Chelsea in the past somehow but I feel it would be hard for Wolves here seeing their form. I expect Chelsea to start strongly and lead at the break.
