Madrids's big clash

On Wednesday night, Real knew that if they had a win against Sevilla in Ramon Sanchez Pizjuan Stadium, they would be alone on top, as Barcelona had been surprisingly defeated in Leganes' home. However, home team were the ones who played offensively and scored 3 goals before the end of the halftime. Sevilla had always been a difficult opponent for Real Madrid, but 'The Meringues' didn't make a single effort and so they missed the chance to take the lead in the table of La Liga . 

On Tuesday night Atletico won 3-0 Huesca quite easily and with a high flying mood they are ready for Saturday's big clash. Home team were strong and decisive from the beginning and took the lead at 16'. Between 29'-34' they scored two more times and secured a comfortable lead. In the second half they lowered their tempo having in mind the upcoming game with Real, while Huesca weren't a threat and finally nothing changed. This win put them on 3rd place with 11 points having 2 points less from the top, after Thursday's results.

It's difficult to predict this big clash. Real will try to make a strong come back after the defeat from Sevilla, definitely they can't afford losing any more points. On the other hand, Atletico have already won 3 times in a row in all tournaments and they seem ready to get another positive result out of this game. Both teams have skilled players and are capable to score.
