Class difference

Belgium rotated almost all their team, but performed better than England in the final game of the group. They scored a goal in the second half reaching 3/3 wins in the tournament. First place in the group was more than welcomed for Roberto Martinez team, since knockout game vs Japan seem to be an easier task than against Colombia, who would have been their opponent in any other case. V.Kompany is fit, he played for the last 20' in the game against England.

Japan's win against Colombia at the opening game of the tournament proved to be decisive to qualify to the knock out stage, but it's noteworthy they had one extra player on the field from the 3rd minute. After the draw with Senegal (2-2), they reached to qualification through a defeat (0-1) against Poland in the last game. Personally I didn't like their squad with Kagawa, Kasebe and Osako staying on the bench, but perhaps the exlanation was to be protected from a second yelow card in the tournament. 

Anyway, we will see a stronger Japan in this knock out game, but Belgium are a different class from Asians. Win for Belgium with two or more goals difference is my call (asian handicap -1,5).
