Croatia vs Morocco Match Preview

This is the second to last game of the FIFA 2022 World Cup This game will decide which team will finish in third place. 

Croatia has done so well in the previous World Cup reaching the final and in this one reaching the semi-final. This is the last World Cup for their best player in history, Luka Modric. Croatia has been playing really well as they did not let teams outplay them but they failed to do that against Argentina. 

Three out of the last four games played by Croatia ended in under 2.5 goals. Their matches do not have a lot of goals as they keep their midfield and defense tight and attack mostly when they see clear spaces.

Morocco made history as they became the first African side to reach the semi-finals of a World Cup. They have been very good in midfield and their best player in my opinion has been Amrabat. He has been doing everything one needs to do in midfield. 

Morocco's all last three games played ended in under 2.5 goals. 

Both these sides are slow starters and their games rarely have more than two goals. They also played against each other in the group stage and the match ended in a bore draw. I, therefore, pick the under 2.5 goals alternative.
