Croatia – Wales Match Preview

Croatia and Wales are going to play their first game for the UEFA EURO 2024 qualifiers, Group D.

Croatia is going to host Wales in this match and they will be the favorite. Both teams played in the recent FIFA World Cup where Croatia made another big success by winning third place. They played once again an excellent tournament having won two medals in the last two World Cups.

Wales also played in the 2022 World Cup after hard qualifiers, however, they didn't play well there. Actually, they were one of the worst teams in the tournament. This will be their first qualifiers after a long time without Gareth Bale and Ramsey. They are going to play without older players, trying to give chance to younger ones.

Croatia is going to play at home and that is a big advantage for them. They are going to have enormous support and they have a better squad with experienced players. If they can play like they used to play in the last few games they will get a win here.
