Dangerous counterattacks

* The second leg takes place in Cruz Azul's home. The away goal still stands.

After the draw in Puma's home, Club America bounced back in the second leg to prove who have the upper hand. Their performance gave them a huge win 6-1 (7-2 on agregate) and so there is no doubt about which team won deservedly a place in the finals. 'Las Águilas' have a quite effective attacking line who score with ease. Miguel Herrera's team will give their fight from the title from today (the last time they won the title was in 2014). Ibarra, Bruno Valdez and the 24 years old attacker Roger Martínez are 100% fit and ready to perform again. 

On the other hand, Cruz Azul suffered a 1-0 loss against Monterrey, away and after their 1-0 in home they qualified for the finals based on their higher position on the table. Pedro Caixinha's team made a real excess by reaching Liga MX final. Everybody now believe in the 'miracle' and one title after 21 years. Attacker Milton Caraglio as well as the 30 years old Elías Hernández and Walter Montoya are on their best.

Club America are doing great and want to take advantage of the 'momentum' to get the advantage for the second leg. Cruz Aluz have made a progress. Both of them are quality teams and goals are expected.
