Denmark with their core players

In friendly game last Wednesday which took place in Slovakia, Denmark played with amateur players, because of the conflict for the earnings, the benefits and the commercial terms in general. IFinally, after a temporary agreement between the federation and players' association, Denmark will play with their regular players in the upcoming game against Wales. In the recent World Cup, they participated in a group along with France, Australia and Peru and they finished in the 2nd place, winning the qualification for the last '16'. In the knock out game they drew 1-1 with Croatia in regular time and overtime, but their opponents qualified in penalty shoot-out.

A great beginning for Wales in the UEFA Nations League with a win 4-1 in the British big clash vs Ireland.  Home team had 8 concecutive games without a win against hosts but they stoped that trend in an impressive way. In the first half they were unstoppable as they scored 3 times. The rythm slowed down in the second half and both teams scored once.  

It's a quite interesting game, especially after what happened between the players and Danish federation. I think that goals are expected in this game between these two talented teams and I will bet on high scoring. Home team are favorites to win, but Wales proved with their performance last Thursday that they could also score at least once.
