Effective attacks

Sassuolo suffered a 3-1 loss against Roma in Olimpico in the previous round. Although they made a decent efford, their opponent managed to get the three-pointer. Sassuolo are in the middle of the table having 25 points after 18 games. They have registered 6 wins and 7 draws with a 17-15 goal difference in home. Brazilian winger Rozerio served his suspension and he is back, in contrast to defender Gian Marco Ferrari. Claud Adjapong and Leondardo Sernicola are injured.

On the other hand, Atalanta drew 2-2 with Juventus in home and got a precious point, although they could have taken all the three points, since they were playing with a man more, for almost all the second half. Tonight, a win can give them hopes for a place in the top 6. They have 25 points after 7 wins and 4 draws. Brazilian central defender Rafael Toloi and Argentinian goalkeeper Palomino served their suspensions and will be in the squad tonight. On the contrary to the Dutch midfielder Marten de Roon who is still injured.
