Empoli vs Roma Match Preview

Empoli will play against Roma in the sixth round of Italian Serie A. Empoli have been winless in the last five games played as they have lost once and drawn four games. All their last four games were drawn but this will be a more tough fixture as the four teams they faced were not as strong as Roma.

Empoli's manager Zanetti could not be upset with the results his team has gotten but he would be happier with a couple of wins in the next few games to keep distance, at least, from the relegation zone. They are currently in 16th place but they haven't played their sixth game whereas almost every team has played.

Roma was hammered by four goals to nil by Udinese and that was a very shocking result because Roma started the season very well and they are by far a better team than Udinese. Mourinho signed Dybala and Belotti this season something that has really strengthened their attack and he has also signed the experienced Matic from Manchester United who is a very good midfielder.

Both last two head-to-head meetings between these sides ended in Roma winning. They won both these games by more than a goal margin. My prediction for this game is Roma to win one more time and I'll stake 3 units here.
