Everton – Brighton Match Preview

In this match of the English Premier League, Everton will play at their home stadium against Brighton. Everton is not in good form but they had two great performances in the last couple of matches. One against Chelsea which ended 1-1 and the other against Arsenal which they won 2-1.

Everton has improved in the last couple of games and they have managed to end their winless streak in the above-mentioned match against Arsenal. They occupy the 15th position in the league and for sure cannot be satisfied with that. They have played four times in Goodison Park vs Brighton and won in all four matches so far. Covid-19 is still a problem for them, however, many players are expected to return tomorrow.

Brighton is in a similar form to Everton. In the last ten matches played in the league, they won in only once. The match in which they won was played at home against Brentford. They lost to Everton in three out of the last four encounters with them. They are in the 10th position and have five points more than Everton but Everton has a game in hand.

I will go with Everton not to lose in this one. The draw is a possibility for sure. It seems that Brighton is a specialist for draws, this team had played seven draws in the last ten matches. But Everton should have a small advantage, they never lost or drew against Brighton at Goodison Park.
