FC Inter vs Bayer Leverkusen Match Preview

Quarter Finals of Europa League will start with the match between FC Inter and Bayer Leverkusen. This event will take place in a netural stadium, at Merkur Spiel-Arena (Dusseldorf).

FC Inter have been really good in the past month managing to secure the 2nd place in Italian Serie A, where they managed to run a streak of 9 matches without a loss. (6 wins and 3 draws.)

Bayer Leverkusen, on the other hand, have not been that bad themselves in the past months, as beside reaching the quarter finals in Europa League, they managed to secure the 5th place in Bundesliga, which means that for one more year they will be competing in this competition.

I believe that here we will see a really good match between these two sides, but in the end, the team from Italy should be able to grab the win because they have more experienced players that have played in European Competitions before in the squad.

These two teams have not met each other since 2002/2003 season where they played 2 times against each other in Champions League. Inter won both of those matches. (2:3 away from home and 2:0 at their stadium.)

I believe that this match will also have more than 2.5 goals and that's where my tip goes here. Final result to be 2:1!
