Ferencvaros vs Betis Match Preview

Ferencvaros is ranked at the bottom of the group, at 4th place with 0 points after losing the opener against Bayer Leverkusen. They were so close to qualifying in the UCL but ended up in the Europa League this season. In the first game, they played quite well and even scored first against a team with more quality than them. Now at home, they know they must give all they got in order to take a positive result and try to finish in the top two spots.

In their domestic league, they have been quite decent with five wins over six games while scoring 14 goals and conceding just six. I guess being in front of their fans here should give them even more motivation considering that at home they have scored 12 goals in four games while finding the back of the net in each duel.

Betis, on the other hand, is ranked at ,1st place in the group with three points after a crazy 4-3 win in their opening game against Celtic. That was a very balanced game and maybe Celtic could have even deserved a draw if they did not hit the post. Betis did well to convert the chances they had as they showed good quality in attack but they were poor in defense.

In fact, even in their domestic league they have been quite well at scoring goals but failed to keep a clean sheet in four of the last five games played. I do not expect things to change drastically here as they have what it takes to punish their rivals with players like Fekir or Willian Jose.

In conclusion, I think both teams can score at least a goal here. Ferencvaros is a team which lately has improved a lot and even in the European competitions can have their say. I fancy them scoring at least a goal since their rivals suffer in defense. Betis has got higher quality players and even though they will be on the road I guess they can score a goal at a minimum.
