For a place in the final

France's game against Uruguay was eventually easier than they thought. The only time they were endangered was at the end of the first half, but Lloris protected, in a quite impressive way, his goal from the opponent's headshot. In the second half, they weren't threatened and they scored the second goal which was basically an offer from the opponent's goalkeeper. Didier Deschamps' team may not have the best performance ever, but it was 100% fair for them to qualify in the first semi final game of the World Cup. Matuidi served his punishment and is coming back, but I don't know if he will have a position in the squad instead of Tolisso. 

Belgium had an excellent performance in the first half against Brazil (2-0), however in the second half they were threatened but the final score 2-1 relieved Roberto Martinez's team, who had goalkeeper T.Courtois as their MVP. De Bruyne played in the most suitable position for him and scored an amazing goal, like the ones we are used to watch when he is playing in Manchester City. The remarkable winger T.Meunier won't play at the semi final game as he is punished, while we doubt about winger N.Chadli's participation too. 

World Cup 2018: Predict and Win

France must stop the deadly Belgian counterattacks, who tend to give the possession of the ball to their opponents. On the other hand, Belgium's defense will try to find a way to...block the very fast Mbappe, who is unstoppable whenever he finds an open space. Based on what I watched at the semi final game, I believe that Belgium have more chances to qualify in contrast to the odds which consider them as the underdog team, even slightly. However, my bet choice is both teams to score.
