France are the favorites against Peru

The opening game against Australia was quite difficult for France, but they eventually won 2-1. They have great ambitions in the tournament, but their first performance wasn't quite good, so they are obliged try harder against Peru, to secure their qualification. They will also look for a good performance to boost their moral, so as to prove they deserve more in this World Cup.

Peru played quite decently at the opening game against Danish. They had a golden chance to take the lead in that match, but Cueva's missed a penalty in the injury time of the first half. In the beginning of the second half they conceded the only goal of the match and didn't manage to reply in the last half hour of the game.

French after the 2-1 win at the opening game against Australia, look for a second win to secure their participation in the knock out games of the tournament. Peru will not play for the draw, surely they will take the risk to attack. Home win is offered at quite low odds, but I think it will come easy. May France struggled against Australians who played defensively, but this time they will find more open space to play their favorite counter attack game. Easy win for France.
