Goals are expected in Ghelamco Arena

It's a quite average season for Gent since they were defeated in 6 out of their 15 games so far in League Pro and they have 10+ points less from the top. Now their goal is to reach a place in top 6 so as to participate at championship play offs. In their most recent game they suffered a 2-0 loss in Anderlecht's home, playing with a man less from the 34th minute. International break was just a gift for J.Thorup's team, who need time to improve their performance for the rest of the League Pro. Defender I.Plastun and midfielder B.Verstraete won't play tonight, as well as long-time injured G.Kvilitaia and Odjidja-Ofoe.

Antwerp are doing better than the expected so far. They have registered 5 wins in their most recent games League Pro, reaching the second place of the table (tied with Club Brugge), having 4 points less than first-placed Genk. In their most recent game they won 2-0 vs Ostend. D.Mbokani scored their goals, one in each half. Midfielder F.Haroun is suspended.

Gent are looking to strike back after their negative results and so I expect them to attack, as they are used to do in Ghelamco Arena. Antwerp can score too, actually they did so in 7/8 of their games on the road. BTTS seems to be the safer choice here.
