Goals are expected in Switzerland

Last Tuesday Basel were quite close to a huge win in PSV's home. Their opponent opened the scoreline from the very beginning, however, they tied and scored another goal but they eventually suffered a 3-2 loss. Marcel Koller's team proved to have a quality attacking line once again but they also have many defensive problems. At the following game vs St. Gallen for the Swiss Super League, Basel were paying attention at the second leg vs PSV.  They made a lot of final attempts but their weak defense held them back again. 

Eindhoven were losing 1-2 until the 88th minute but they made the ultimate overturn and now things are completely different in the second leg on Tuesday. At the Super Cup final against Ajax, they conceded a goal from the 35th sec due to their defensive weaknesses. They weren't competitive at any point so the final 2-0 was more than deserved. 

Basel have to play offensively and score a goal that will bring them to the next Champions League qualification round due to the final score of the first leg. However, that will leave empty spaces and their defense is quite weak. Eindhoven will take advantage of it for sure. Based on my expectations, over 2.5 goals is my call.
