Goals are expected in this game

Sociedad were the big winner in the big clash between the Basques. Their 3-1 win in Athletic Bilbao's home gave them an advantage on the table. They scored a penalty at 30', but two minutes later their opponent tied. In the second half, they scored their second goal at 79' and with another from the penalty spot they formed the final 3-1. That win put them in the middle of the table with 11 points and if tonight they beat Girona they can reach the top-6 spots. 

Girona after an impressive game in the previous round suffered a 3-2 home loss vs Eibar. Although the guests were the ones to score first at 12', home team managed to overturn the game in just 3' (40'-42'). However their opponent tied in injury time of the first half. In the second half, we watched fewer goals attempts, one was enough for Eibar to secure the win (3-2). That defeat kept Girona close to relegation zone with 9 points.

Real Sociedad, who are an uptempo team when playing in home, are the favorites in this game. On the other hand, Girona will also look for the three points. Goals are expected here, over 2.5 goals is my selection.
