Hammarby vs Norrkoping Match Preview

Hammarby is ranked at 5th place with 18 points and comes after two wins two draws and a loss over the last five matches. A possible win here would help them shorten the distance with the top three. However, we must take in consideration that they come after quite hard  game in the Conference League against Maribor and will have to play the second leg in a few days. So there is the chance that a couple of players may be rested here or play for fewer minutes.

With 22 goals scored they have the second best offensive side in the league, averaging two goals per game and in the last five matches scored a total of 11 goals, while managing to find the back of the net in each duel. With players like Ludwigson 5 goals - 1 assist and Amoo 4 goals - 2 assists in attack they have some decent options even if one might not play.

Norrkoping, on the other hand, is ranked at 6th place with 17 points and comes after two wins and three losses over the last five matches. It has been a bit of a slow start of the season for them but they come here with more days to rest than their rivals, so they will be fresh and try to make use of this fact.

For me they have been a bit unlucky in these three losses, as they did not play that bad in general and sooner or later the deserved results should arrive. In conclusion, I think both teams can score at least a goal here. Hammarby has been great in attack this season and despite having to play more games, I guess they have more than enough quality to score a goal at home. Norrkoping has got to try and bounce back from the recent defeat and considering that their rivals failed to keep a clean sheet in four of the last five games I also expect a goal by them.
