Having the momentum

May be I am wrong, but this match seems to me more a friendly than an official one. Both coaches will do their tests, especially Loew for Germans, who looks for the next era for his team, after their elimination in World Cup. Besides this, I don't think that both teams' stars will work their socks off in a game from where they don't gain anything, in the start of September. UEFA Nations League may be interesting in the next rounds, but now is more like a preparation period for the strong teams.

Germany's team disappointed more than any other team in the recent World Cup. They were eliminated from group stage, for the first time in their World Cup history. From their World Cup squad, only M.Ozil and S.Khedira won't play, but I am not impressed from Loew's new choices.

Mbappe, Pogba, Kante and the rest of the team, who won the trophy in Russia, are still on France's squad. Goalkeeper H.Lloris is the only absent, he will stay out for a couple of weeks due to an injury. A.Areola will be his substitute. 

There in no comparison between the two teams. Just consider if any German player could find a place in the France starting line up. In my opinion, except from goalkeeper M.Neuer and T.Kroos, I can't think of anyone else. It's a challenge for Germany to win the World Cup Champions, but France's win would be my call. They away win triples our stake.
