In conclusion, I think Werder Bremen can win or get at least a draw here. They have been a decent team this season and have shown big improvements especially defensively. Hoffenheim comes with almost half of their key players ruled out and having extra fatigue because playing in the Europa League on Thursday I do not see them winning this one.
