Home advantage

Olympiakos played a goalless draw in the Czech Republic that gave them a slight qualification advantage. They avoided conceding in the first half when they handled their opponent's pressure and were lucky in a couple of circumstances. In the second half, they actually balanced the game and secured their goal. Now things are up to them, since they just look for a win in front of their fans, regardless of the final score, so as to qualify to the next round.

Although Plzen seed to be more fit form than their opponent, they didn't take advantage of their home and after the goalless draw they need to score at least once tonight. They had the upper hand in the first half, when they missed a couple of decent chances, but in the second half, they actually lost control of the game. Tonight they will search for a win or a draw with goals to continue their journey in the competition.

Olympiakos have to win tonight at home to get the ticket for the next qualification round. They certainly are more experienced at this level of games and having their fans on their side, they can make it. I do not expect Plzen to be able to handle the home team, Olympiakos to win is my call.
