Huddersfield vs Burnley Match Preview

Huddersfield Town and Burnley are going to open this season of the English Championship tomorrow at the John Smith Stadium.

Huddersfield played really well last season but they were not able to promote to Premier League as they lost to Nottingham Forrest in the playoffs final. They appointed a new manager, Danny Schofield. They lost some players but they should be good this season also.

Burnley returned to Championship after more than 10 years in the Premier League. They also have a new manager, Vincent Kompany, and they will try to play a different style of football. Under Sean Dyche and in the Premier League, they were known as one of the most defensive-oriented teams, but with Kompany, that will probably change.

Burnley is a new team here, but most of their players still have experience from playing in the Premier League. They lost some players like Pope and Mee but I still believe they have the quality to contend for a Premier League spot.
